What we collect and why
We collect the minimum personal data required to answer enquiries, deliver client engagements, run our recruitment process, and manage our own business. That typically means name, work email, work telephone number, employer, role, and any information you choose to share in a message. When you use the free Compass tools we may also record the responses you enter so we can produce the report you asked for. We do not use client or visitor data to train third party models. We do not sell personal data. Where we use analytics we do so with your explicit consent, gathered through the consent banner on this site.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to specific uses, at any time. Email hello@vayro.co.uk and mark the message as a data protection request. We reply the same working day. VAYRO is the data controller for its own records and acts as a data processor for client personal data when handling it on their behalf under a contract.
