VAYRO Culture

How we work at VAYRO, the United Kingdom AI Management company. The principles, the standards, and the kind of engagements we choose to take on. This page exists so that prospective clients, candidates and partners can decide quickly whether we are the right fit for them.

The principles we hold to

We embed rather than advise. We are accountable to a board for measurable outcomes, not to a slide deck. We write everything down in plain English. We prefer one honest week with a leadership team to a year of steering committees. We treat every client's information as if it were our own, under UK GDPR and standard NDAs. We do not lift the logos of clients we do not have permission to name. We refuse work where the leadership team is not serious, or where AI is being used as a cover for a decision the leaders have already made.

How this shows up in the work

Small senior teams. Very short lines of communication with the client's leadership. Written artefacts you can hand to a regulator or an auditor without embarrassment. A bias for the concrete over the theoretical. A refusal to sell tools. A steady focus on the operating model, because that is where AI either compounds or leaks. See How we work, Discretion and confidentiality, and Careers for how these principles apply in practice.
